What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?βΎ
MOQ varies by product β typically 50 sets for team kits, 100 pieces for outerwear, and 150β200 pieces for activewear and compression wear. We do accommodate smaller orders at a small sample premium for brand launches. Contact us to discuss.
How long does sampling take?βΎ
Physical samples are ready in 7β10 business days after approving the design brief. Digital design proofs (CAD/mockup) are usually ready within 24β48 hours of receiving your brief at no charge.
What are your payment terms?βΎ
For new clients: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established repeat clients, we offer flexible payment terms including 30% / 70% on delivery and LC (Letter of Credit) for large orders.
Do you ship directly to the UK, EU, or USA?βΎ
Yes. We ship FOB Sialkot, CIF (port of your choice), or DDP (delivered duty paid to your door). We handle all export documentation, OEKO-TEX certificates, and commercial invoices. We have established freight partners for sea and air cargo to the UK, EU, and USA.
Are your fabrics EU / REACH compliant?βΎ
Yes. All our standard fabrics carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, which goes beyond REACH compliance requirements. We can provide test reports and certifications to accompany your shipment for EU customs.
Can I get a factory audit done?βΎ
Absolutely. We are BSCI and Sedex audited. We welcome third-party audits (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) and will cooperate fully. You can also arrange your own quality inspection before shipment β we facilitate access for inspectors at no charge.
What design support do you offer?βΎ
Our in-house design team can develop full tech packs from concept sketches, CAD files, or reference garments. Digital design proofs are included free of charge. Tech pack development is free with a confirmed order; standalone tech pack development is available at an agreed fee.
