Computer-assisted cutting (CAD/CAM) ensures zero-waste fabric cutting with ±1mm precision. We run multi-ply cutting for bulk orders and single-ply for samples.
12 dedicated sewing lines, each specialising in a garment category — compression wear, jerseys, outerwear. Overlock, flatlock, and coverstitch machines throughout.
In-house sublimation printing facility with 4 production-scale heat-press machines. Screen printing and embroidery department for woven and knit applications.
Dedicated labeling area for neck labels, hang tags, woven patches, and heat transfer branding. Your private label specifications handled with full accuracy.
3-stage QC: in-line inspection during sewing, end-of-line check on every garment, and final pre-shipment audit. SGS third-party inspections available.
Individual poly bagging, master carton packing, and full export documentation handled in-house. We ship FOB Sialkot, CIF, or DDP to your warehouse.
